They checked it out because it wasn't working. And I ended up having a new computer. They took everything off the hard drive and put it on a floppy disc for me before I take the computer up again. So that was helpful.

Everything went extremely well in the two hours that Stan was here. Both computers work fine now. We have used Stan to work on our computers for several years now. In the past, he has removed viruses from computers, performed other debugging operations, and set up computers for us (in fact, he set up the computers that we currently use). Stan is always punctual, responds quickly, very courteous, technologically proficient, reasonably priced (discount to Angie's List members), and friendly. My wife likes especially likes that he does not "talk down" to women. We have always been very satisified with his services and will continue to use him for work on our computers. I highly recommend Cooper Technology for your computer set-up or repair.

Called to make arrangements to have computer repaired. Stan was very nice to talk to and assured me that he could make the needed repairs. He gave me an estimate over the phone and told me of a very convenient pick up and delivery plan he uses with a local postal merchant. I dropped the computer off and was very surprised to receive a call the next afternoon from Stan telling me my computer had been repaired and would be ready to pickup within the next few minutes. He told me the costs and they were exactly to the penny of his phone quote. I picked up the computer, brought it home and set it up. The computer has been working like new ever since.
