TERBRAK'S LANDSCAPING

A representative approached us for landscaping work, we mentioned that we needed to replace a dilapidated fence on our property. They were able to provide us with references from work they had done in our neighborhood. They wrote up a competitively priced bid and the company was able to begin the work that day. They tore down the old fence and replaced it with a taller fence covering more of our property, they incorporated three gates into the fence. They were helpful with the design of the fence, offering appropriate suggestions (that did not add to the cost of the fence) and deferred to our wants in the design. They paid great attention to detail and communicated with us frequently. They completed the work in an appropriate time frame. They showed up when they said they were going to, put in a full day of work each day, did not take excessive breaks, were extremely polite and knowledgeable. They worked on a Saturday and Sunday as well as during the week. In the frame of this bid they also cleaned our gutters. The back gate started to sag soon after work was completed. The company came out twice to fix the problem and it seems that the problem is worse. Now the gate is not even usable. This company had promised me several times that they would come and fix this and now they are no returning my calls.
