Description of Work: I contacted Lori to come and give me a price on mulch for my yard and some ideas for planting several plants. I had used her services for firewood, and she delivered some nice wood, so thought I would like to use her services for landscaping, which I discovered she did when she delivered the firewood. | |We agreed she would come to my house on April 11 between 9:00-9:30. I waited all morning but she didn't show up and didn't call. | |I had to go to work, she did leave me a telephone message in the afternoon that she didn't make it over, but would call me. | |She called the next morning on the 12th to tell me that if I were going to be home for an hour or so she would stop by. I asked her why she had not come at the time we had arranged, and she said it was because it was across town. I asked her why she didn't call, and she just said, "well I didn't". She never apologized at any time. | |At that point I told her because of her not calling and lack of professionalism, I would not be able to use her services. She said "Oh, OK", and hung up. | |I figured if this is the way she treats prospective clients, I sure wouldn't want to see what she would do if given the work. I guess the thing that was most disturbing was no apology or apparent remorse for not coming.

 + -1 moreLori and her sister deliver firewood to me every year, more than once a year if I run out and need more. They are always very polite and friendly. Their firewood is a very good quality and is dry, well seasoned and ready to burn cleanly in the fireplace. They stack the firewood very neatly and in such a way to utilize all of the space on my firewood racks. They also clean up thoroughly afterward. I am considering converting my fireplace to gas but even if I do, I will continue to buy firewood from Lori for outdoor fires in the fire pit. I am very glad that I met Lori, her sister, and their mom, several years ago, and I have never gotten firewood from anyone else since.

 + -1 moreI have used Lori Rollet for my firewood delivery for several years now. She, and her sister, are always prompt, courteous, and very fair in their prices. They check on my firewood supply frequently during the fall and winter months and always keep me stocked up with quality firewood. I never have to lift a finger during the firewood delivery process and everything gets cleaned up afterward. It is always a pleasure to visit with them and their services are exemplary.
Description of Work: Delivered a very large load of firewood plus delivered and set up two firewood racks.
