They worked hard.

Overall this was a very pleasant experience. From the time that I first called to the payment for services rendered I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the whole crew. Cleanup was thorough and quick. Where the stumps were ground, they had to leave some sawdust. Otherwise, there would be big holes in the yard. This is for insurance purposes.

The men arrived in the time span that was quoted. they worked quickly and were fastidious in their work... There were several men who had been with the company for several years. Finished quickly just as I had wanted.

I have used their services a couple of times the past five years. They were dependable, had the necessary insurance and equipment for safely removing and carrying off debris. I would not hesitate in recommending them. They are my choice in tree/stump removal. Note: the first time I used their device was after the huge ice storm in Kansas City. The Staff are very responsible, professional, and very hard workers.

Patrick was to bid for tree removal, transplant, and general landscape work. He apparently did the bid, but did not get back to me, even though I tried calling and left a message. In the meantime, another service provider contacted me and provided the bid, and the contract was signed. When I left a message to notify Patrick that I was going to use another service because of lack of follow up, he promptly returned my call, and cursed at me, calling me a "baby"(!), and advising me to "be a man" and "quit crying about it"! His response was completely out of line...and abusive. He obviously is overstressed and has issues that are definitely interfering with his work. I would never recommend him for work.

Left several messages on their phone for initial contact. We finally did connect and we were pleased with the work they did. Just wished we had had more phone communication. They came for an estimate when we were gone July 31st, then did the work August 6th.

After the estimate, I called back and then got the job done that very day. I was very pleased with the price and work that was done. I asked for a little more work than talked about originally, and this was done without a problem. They were very thorough in cleaning up all the debris.

I called the company to request an estimate for tree trimming at my house. I got in touch with Mr. Stewart on Friday 08/07/09 and told him that I'm under some time pressure, as the house is going on the market. He told me that he would go by the house over the weekend, look at the trees and provide me with an estimate on Monday. It's now Thursday 08/13/09, and I still have not heard from anyone from this company. I called again and left a message on Tuesday, 08/11/09, but they did not return that call either.

We are putting in a fence and needed several trees removed. Robert gave me an estimate on Tuesday morning and said they were 10 days out from being able to start. I had another estimate scheduled that night. He called back that night asking if my other estimate was done and if I had made a decision. I knew I was going with his company and he mentioned they would be in my area in two days if that would be convenient. (YES!). My neighbor wanted one of the trees for firewood so they were just going to cut it down and remove the smaller branches. Robert called me the night before asking if my neighbor wanted the other locust and hedge (so he would know which equipment to bring). I checked with my neighbor and he DID want all trees except willow and fir. I was not going to be home when the crew would be here and had a few modifications so I left some notes for Robert & Stewart. When I returned at 1:00pm, his crew had already been there. They not only cut down the locust and removed the branches, they also cut the trees into manageable pieces and put them in neat piles for my neighbor. They also removed a large pile of old branches I had on the property. The huge willow had been half covering the house and was touching another neighbor's house, as well as being very close to our neighbor's fence. They were able to remove it in very tight quarters without any damage to either house or fence. All the locust had dangerous thorns and his crew did a great job of cleaning the trunks and large limbs for my neighbor to handle when he loaded them later. Originally, I had not wanted any stumps ground, though after the trees were down, I realized I needed three stumps ground to accommodate the fence. I called them back and Stewart arrived Monday morning to take care of them. We are so pleased with them that we plan on having them come back this winter to remove a few additional locust trees and trim a huge elm. The reason that the final cost was higher than the estimate was because we had them do some additional work after the estimate was written.

Everything went the way I expected it to. He was a nice guy and he didn't do anything that I didn't want him to do.

They were courteous and professional from start to finish. The workers took care with surrounding flowers and shrubs. They cleaned up everything. We were very satisfied with their work.

Patrick Stewart was prompt in returning my call the 1st time (on a Monday) and set up to come out the following Wednesday. Well, Wednesday. Came & went without a word from Mr. Stewart. I then received a pleading phone message on Sunday to give him a 2nd chance. Ok, so I did. He personally told me on the phone he would be out Thursday. evening or would call. Again Thursday came and went and not a word from Mr. Stewart. In that time frame I have had 2 other estimates done.

I thought they were great and the owner, Patrick, was very nice and professional. They showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up after themselves well. I'd use them again and recommend them to others!

I am very pleased with their work all the way down the line.

I have used this company for several years for tree trimming services. Most of the neighborhood also uses them. They provide top-notch service at reasonable prices. They have earned the highest recommendation.
