STEWART'S TREE-MEND-US CARE LLC

Perfect. They responded quickly. The estimate was fast, fair, and their ETA was in a very reasonable two-week window. . I fully intend to have them come out in November, when their lead said things would slow down a bit, and do the full-yard maintenance of our existing trees they so desperately need.

Everything went very well. All work was very professionally done. We were very satisfied with the results. We will definitely use them again.

Great! They arrived early, were friendly and personable and completed their work quickly. They also cleaned up well, which I truly appreciated.

It took them a little over three hours for 5 to 6 people working a variety of chain saws, chippers, grappling hook to bring down the rest of the tree. They also hauled off a huge truck load of tree trunks & filled the chipper truck twice. There was a lot of clean up and they did a great job.

Great job by a well seasoned group of professionals. Each of the team members certainly knew their assigned responsibility as they work together without missing a beat. Upon arriving they were quick to access the job and any obstacles that might exist. They wasted no time in commencing work and within a short period of time the tree was down, stump removed, yard cleaned of debris with little disruption to myself or any neighbors.

I called and left a message at 1237 am on 9/1/14 (Labor Day) regarding a large tree limb that had fallen. The limb fell, took down my power and cable lines, crushed a section of my chain link fence and landed up at my neighbors deck. I recieved a call back from Stewart's at 853 am on 9/1/14. Mr Stewart and an employee came out that morning and inspected what was on the ground. Mr Stewart stated that they would be able to remove the fallen limb. Mr Stewart also said that they would be able to help in other ways, specifically he stated that while they had their ladders, they would be able to hammer back the piece of siding that came off my house, hammer back my neighbors wood that came loose from the deck and playhouse, replace the bar to my chain link fence (for a fee)  and spray the bottom of my tree with a tree food. After speaking with Mr Stewart, I felt reassured that I chose the correct company. I have used this company before without issue. The company was able to come out on 9/4/14 and did remove my fallen limb and was able to pull up my chain link and replaced the bar along the top, which was appreciated. The other extras were not done, and I was disappointed but could not be upset because they are a tree company, even though I was hoping that it would be completed since it was offered. There was nothing written on my bill regarding the health of my tree and I never received a call regarding what they saw with the tree once they were up in the tree. I called that afternoon 9/4/14 and spoke with a lady who answered. I asked about my tree, because it was still to be determined if the tree was safe to keep, if anything else needed to be removed or if the tree needed to be cut down. The lady stated she was here when the bid was put in and heard the foreman be told to check the tree and that the tree was fine. I never saw the lady on my property and did ask her when she was here, and maybe she was at my property another time, but I know she wasn't here on that Monday morning. I then asked a couple other questions and asked for a return call. I waited a week, allowing for time to gather the information. I never received a return call. I called and left another message on 9/12/14, specifically asking for Mr Stewart to return my call. I did recieve a call back on 9/15/14 from the lady who answers the phone. This time the lady said that there was a miscommunication and that the foreman said that my tree needed to be cut down. I was not happy, and asked why the lady said the complete opposite when I called on the 4th. I again stated that I wanted to speak with Mr Stewart. The lady said she would have a foreman call me back. I am still waiting. I do not feel that I could trust what they say at this time, especially with such poor communication. This company was very willing to return my call before they had my business but now I cannot get anyone that knows whats going on to speak with me. I would not recommend this company after my current dealing with them.

I have used Stewart's for several years and they always do a great job at a fair price.

They took tree-mend-us care with our lawn and threw a lot of workers on the project to get it done quickly and efficiently.  I watched them part of the time and it was incredible the way the crew worked together to get the job done.  It was fun to see.  Will use them again.

It was very good. They were very professional, did good work and completely cleaned everything up after. It was excellent and we had no complaints. They did more than what we asked them to do.

Mike came out for an estimate as agreed. The estimate was e-mailed almost instantly.

Since I mentioned we needed the trees and shrubs trimmed before painters came next week, Mike got is scheduled for the following day. The crew dis a great job and left the yard clean.

We will use them again!

Throughout the process--from estimate through doing the work, they were great.  They kept me informed when they'd be there, and showed up on time.  They even trimmed my bushes and got winter leaves out from under my bushes, which was way beyond the scope of work!  They did an excellent job of cleaning up their work, as well.  I will absolutely use them for future tree needs.  I'm adding them to my favorites list.

Arrived on schedule. Price on target with estimate.  Well mannered and friendly.  I have used them in the past and would certainly used them again.

Worked fast and left no trace but a stump.

This was a great group of workers. They showed up on time and got right to work. With 8 guys and the right equipment they were done in about an hour. Clean up was excellent and they were VERY careful not to damage any of my other outdoor items or the house.
Later in the day I discovered that I had given incorrect instructions for the 2 smaller trees. They sent the crew back near the end of the day and reworked those for me, even though it was not really their fault. To quote the owner, "I just want to be sure we have it just like you want it." Awesome!

Stewart's did an excellent job.  I gave them several days when I would be home as I wanted to be there while they were working.  They were here on the first available day I gave them.  It was a sight to behold. In 2 1/2 to 3 hours my trees and the ground under them looked great!  They came equipped with every tool they needed and cleaned out the dead branches and raised the canopy to 12 to 14 feet.  I would not hesitate to recommend Stewarts.

I would recommend these guys to any one in the KC area.  You'll definately get your money's worth and very professional service.

Excellent -- Our home backs into a ravine--and one of the trees in our backyard had died.  To cut it down, they had to avoid the house on one side, deck on another, garden on a 3rd side, and trees on the last side.  They brought it down expeditiously and without damage on all sides.  All debris--including some we had collected--were removed when they were done.  This is the 2nd time we have worked with this group--and we are extremely pleased by the quality of their work and will use them again if we need such.

Everything went great.  The crew definately knew what they were doing!!

The crew arrived at the scheduled time fully prepared with the tools, equipment and attitude needed to do the job. The crew was personal and highly skilled. All safety measures were taken to insure the job was done per contact, and no damage was done to or my neighbor's homes or yards. There was no way for their trucks to access the trees from up close, so they used a gigantic crane to cut off and clamp limbs so they could be deposited directly into a truck parked on the street.

The whole group showed up about 7:45. I went out around 8 and walked the acreage with the owner and foreman we discussed what to do with each tree ( way over 40 of them).  They took down three huge trees very professionally along with about 7 in a tree row on the west side of my property that had gotten way out of contol they used  a "cherry picker to get the cutter way up in  30 year old tree. They worked together I had about 6 men on site,  the man up in the tree would cut a few branches then stop for a minute the guys on the ground would walk under the tree pick up what he cut take them to the shredder, he would be cutting while they shredded then repeat the procedure all day.  I was so impressed. My 2 acres looks so groomed and clean. I am very satisfied with what they did. I cannot wait for my trees to leaf out so that I can get the full effect. Very pleased.
Pat Stewart the owner sent one of his men up on my roof to clean out my gutters, he said they looked like they needed to be done. Over an above what he econracted to do. This is agod comapny in all respects.
