I've worked with Josh before and he was always honest, fair and a nice guy. Recently after returning from vacation, our upstairs AC went out. We called three companies: the first told us we needed to replace the old unit for $14k-$16k, second company was half that. Called Josh and although he was super busy, worked us in the schedule a few days later. He came out and after 10 mins, fixed the AC for $200 with a part replacement. He saved us THOUSANDS whereas other companies tried to replace the how AC/HVAC. He's a local guy, doing honest business and I'd use him any day over the big companies.

It's fine. They're very professional. He was on time. He didn't take very long to do it. He came on time when he said he'd be here. They called me to schedule. I signed up to a yearly program.

It was a pleasure to work with the owner of the company who is active in the everyday activities and servicing. He was involved in the quotes and discussions of all parts of the project. He was very fair in his pricing.
