Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make. Which is why finding the right home inspector is almost as important as finding the right home. Mspect is not a franchise business or part of a large conglomerate. The owner, Matt Miller, or his partner Luke Perkins conduct all of the home inspections themselves. Mspect is a locally-owned, home inspection company that employs only licensed and certified inspectors. We have no direct ties to any other businesses nor does our company perform repair work. Therefore, you get a completely honest and objective opinion about the condition of the home being inspected. You can also rest assured that the job is done right knowing that Mspect carries "Errors & Omissions" insurance on its company.
