The team was always aware of my furniture etc. being careful to protect them with plastic etc. The job was done very well. At end of each day things were cleaned up. The only delay were caused by cabinets not ready on time. We have used Eric for many smaller jobs and trust him and has always been happy with his work.
Description of Work: 2002 - Master bath complete remodel. 2003 - Complete kitchen remodel and 2005 - guest bath remodel. On all 3 jobs they gutted the room back to studs, rearranged plumbing & appliance locations and redid floor plans of rooms for better usage of space. It is an amazing transformation.

Prior to agreeing to have Jeff Bacca perform the ceiling repairs in our home, Mr. Bacca informed me that his skill level in performing the ceiling repairs would equate to the finish being at "90% of the original" ceiling. I decided to hire him on the basis of his representation that his skill level was at the standard of A- work. What a mistake that was! It took Mr. Bacca forever to attempt to get the ceiling texture "right" and to paint it to blend with the rest of the ceiling. The end result is that we now need to have someone else come out and redo Mr. Bacca's work as the quality of both his patch and paint work leaves much to be desired. The paint work is also rather poor. Mr. Bacca was not careful to prevent spills or splatter from his mud work. His sloppiness soiled our carpet, walls, and door frames. He used dirty cloths to attempt to clean up the walls, which only made a messier area. He stepped into spilt mud work on his dirty tarp that he used and then tracked the mud to other parts of the house. My wife and I were always cleaning up after him, and I tried to subtly remind him to please take better care of his treatment of the house. I don't think he ever got the message. At one point he attempted to use his shop vacuum in our master bedroom. The shop vacuum spewed dust all through the room, requiring my wife and I to do a clean up after Mr. Bacca left for the day. He used our kitchen sink to clean the mud from his tools and mud pan. Once he began painting, I had to tell him to use the outdoor facet to clean his brush and tools as we are on a septic system. Mr. Bacca had his partner, Eric Wierman, perform installation of the BAT insulation around the access to master bathroom shower, to instal the dryer vent coupling, and to remove the garage vent. All of the work performed by Mr. Wierman seemed to be just fine. I specifically requested Mr. Bacca to do some simple tasks such as running a bead of sealant to our master bathroom window. He simply forgot to do it, and when I reminded him that this was one of the tasks he was to do, he had some excuse why that would not be a good idea. Frankly, at this point I didn't care that he hadn't done it because I didn't want to imagine what that clean-up would look like. The bottom line is that in our experience, we were very dissatisfied that Mr. Bacca did NOT have the skill level to perform as he represented. Consequently, I would not hire Home Enhancers, a division of R.E.W., to work on our home again. At some point in the future, my wife and I will hire someone else to redo all of Mr. Bacca's patch and paint work. This was a very bad experience.
