PAUL'S ESTIMATE AND FINAL COST WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN ANOTHER I GOT FOR WORK THAT BOTH ESTIMATES DESCRIBED IN THE SAME WAY. HE MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE TO COME LOOK AT THE PROJECT RIGHT AWAY AND THEN SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK THE DAY AFTER I COMMITTED TO IT. HE HAS DONE SEVERAL SMALL TASKS FOR US AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND REASONABLE (COST).

I WAS VERY HAPPY TO AT LEAST FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD GET IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND REPAIR THE PIPES. IT WAS STILL VERY COLD.
