 + -1 morePAUL'S ESTIMATE AND FINAL COST WAS SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN ANOTHER I GOT FOR WORK THAT BOTH ESTIMATES DESCRIBED IN THE SAME WAY. HE MADE HIMSELF AVAILABLE TO COME LOOK AT THE PROJECT RIGHT AWAY AND THEN SCHEDULED TO DO THE WORK THE DAY AFTER I COMMITTED TO IT. HE HAS DONE SEVERAL SMALL TASKS FOR US AND HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND REASONABLE (COST).
Description of Work: PAUL INSTALLED 2 FAUCETS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. ONE ON THE GROUND LEVEL AND ONE ON THE SECOND LEVEL, RIGHT ABOVE THE FIRST FAUCET. THE SECOND LEVEL FAUCET REQUIRED PIPING INSTALLED ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE, WITH A DRAIN VALVE BELOW IT.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY HAPPY TO AT LEAST FIND SOMEONE WHO WOULD GET IN THE CRAWL SPACE AND REPAIR THE PIPES. IT WAS STILL VERY COLD.
Description of Work: HE WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD GET TO COME OUT AND REPAIR FROZEN PIPE LEAKS IN ONE OF MY RENTALS. MY REGULAR PLUMBER WOULD NOT EVEN CALL ME BACK.
