One of the worst customer service encounters that I've experienced. During the AC tuneup on 6-1, the owner went outside to clean the AC unit, but when I started back inside to check on his workers, he stopped and followed me in. Worse cleaning job that I've ever seen. I ended up finishing it up myself later that evening. I allowed them to convince me to replace the evaporator Coil. I believed that it needed done as I have had freon added every year since I bought the house. During the install for the coil on 6-6, the tech cracked my flue. It took me forever to find out what had happened as he only wanted to tell me how my furnace wasn't up to code with the flue the way that it was. They left the flue pipe unplugged, so I had to plug it o prevent birds or bats from entering the house. I was told that they would review the options to get my furnace up and running. On 6-9 I received an email with the estimate for a new furnace and was told that this was the only option for bringing my furnace up to code. On 6-10 I emailed and asked for specs on the estimated furnace and voiced concern that it was a smaller unit than my current one. I heard back nothing. On 6-24 I emailed again asking for additional information and asking about additional options such as a humidifer/air scrubber. I heard nothing. On 7-16 I emailed again stating that I had not heard anything back from them and if they didn't want my business the needed to let me know. They did respond this time and said that they thought I had been taken care of and that I was on the schedule for 9-12. I again asked about my the additional items and my concerns and was given the size of the unit. I had to ask again about the additional items. I received the price of the additional items and was told that this size unit was what was recommended. I am choosing to pass on doing any further business with this small business. I will spend my money where I'm treated like a valued customer.

Richard the owner was excellent to deal with.  He was very knowledgeable about his trade.  Felt very comfortable dealing with a former teacher of HVAC.  He was the only company that actually tried to fix the AC unit so we could have it cooler in the house while we waited for a new unit to get installed.  Only took one day to get it installed, also had him service the furnace for us as well.  Overall great experience.  I will use him for anything and everything HVAC in the future.

I have been using the company since 2012. The staff are extremely responsive, even on weekends. They are very friendly and I like that they are a family owned business. They have repaired a fan motor for us in the past and installed a new heat pump.

Richard Peterson is great. No matter if it is the evening or weekend he makes himself available for whatever issues may arise. We came back from being out of town to a house without AC (90 degrees in house). He came over early Sunday morning to fix it without hesitation. He has always returned my call promptly and is very professional. Highly recommend!

Richard Peterson and his crew were great to work with! They came out quickly to assess the situation, then when we found I needed a new system, they worked my in their schedule within a few days so that I would have a cool house for a graduation gathering I had scheduled. They went above and beyond to take care of me.

They took out our existing unit. It was an antique and it was huge. They disposed of it like they said. They did exactly what they said they would do. They did a really good job!

AC stopped working 1 day before my mother in law came home. Called for a estimate and they were able to fit me it between appointments on a busy day. He knew the problem instantly and had the part on the truck so he fixed it right then and there. I'm very happy with every aspect of the service call and they have a new customer for life. Highly recommended..

He is excellent and we would highly recommend them. We have used them in the past. He is just very punctual, ethical, honest and his work is beyond reproach. He is just excellent.

They had to come out a second time to take care of it, but they did that the same day, so I would still give them a good rating. They came out and did the job when they said they would. They were here on time.
