I've used him for several years. Fair priced, dependable and quick to respond.

He is good. He kind of said that this water heater your buying is going to probably last you 6 years. At least I know what I am getting.

Our electric bill in the summer went down.  It dropped $30 to $40 a month.  The furnace is the same.  Our gas bills seemed to be lower initially.  The guy in Parkville, I was very happy with him.  The guy's name is Chris Kitchen and he is the owner.  He came out and really took his time & put it in.  So far, it has been great.  We haven't had any problems with it and saved money.  Every now & then, I run into him.  I am thinking about having him come out and just to check if things are running alright.  I have got my money worth.  I would use him again.

We had been away taking care of personal matters after a funeral and came home to find a running toilet that was flooding the upstairs and ceilings below. I called Russ and he had a full days work but he said he would be out just as soon as he could get to our house. Shortly after noon that same day he sent out Clay, one of his workers, and he fixed the leak immediately. We were very grateful for the fast response and the quality of work. A Great company and people to work with!

We called Chris, he had a full schedule that day, but he came over as soon as he could the same day. He diagnosed it quickly and fixed the problem within an hour. We were very pleased with him. He was proficient, professional and personable.
