Original estimate was for $2000 which was a great price yet after and quot;add-insand quot; it topped out at about $2700 which was not so good. This cost was plus materials. Differences in meaning were a major part of additional costs; for example I was under the impression that re-wiring electrical included installation of sockets and light switches which it did not, it was only wiring to the gang box. Additionally, the wiring to the panel was left loose so I had to secure that to the rafters myself along with permanently move wiring in the attic because it was crossing over trusses preventing the floor from being re-installed. Plumbing did not include installation of valves which proved to be costly (~$150) since the valve for the tub came out of the floor. Lastly, some plumbing architecture decisions he made WRT the basement will need to be redone because the pipes are exposed below the rafters meaning they'll be visible through the ceiling when the basement is finished. Initially I was told this was IAW code but that is not the case. If I were to have Grant do work for us in the future I would make sure to be very specific on what was included in the price.

He's really good, dependable, and honest. I found out about him from my neighbors after my previous handyman died. I liked my old one and he had worked with him before. I used him and was very happy. He is conscientious. We've given out his name to other people as well.

The quality was great and he really made sure the job was done right...he took his time and didn't rush things.

He was great. He cleaned up every evening before he left and had to do some extra work to get the stall in. It didn't fit very well. We are getting more estimates from him after this is completed. Would recommend him to anyone wanting any remodel or repairs done.
