+ -1 moreSpoke with Loren from Artisan Renovations in early December regarding some wood refinishing. He called back (several days after he promised to call) and set up a time to come to my home to give me an accurate estimate. I left work early and he never showed. I left him a message, thinking that I had possibly gotten the time/day incorrect and he never even bothered to call back. I was surpised to see a review on him for eaxctly the same thing in July of 2012. Maybe when I first read reviews on him I thought it was a one-time thing, but it turns out maybe not.
Description of Work: Requested a quote - set up appointment for a detailed estimate.

Sadly, he did not show and did not call. I called Loren again and left a message.. He did not return my phone call.

+ 6 moreArrived on time each day. Cleaned up work area often. Followed work order to the letter. Excellent communication as to how I wanted the finished project to look. Loren Cole performed superior quality work, no short cuts. I am extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the job. Definitely will hire for all future projects.
Description of Work: Bathtub replaced professionally with tub in a motar bed, insulated exterior wall. Nailed in wood platform floor securely before putting down ceramic tile. Replaced storm door. Top of the line work performed. Highly recommend.
