Bob, the owner and installer did a good job and seemed to have a quality product, he uses a window company called Simonton to supply his product and they seem like a decent product - double hung not a fixed upper pane which is called single hung (you can find info on the internet about this company). He did the complete house in a day (12 windows) although it did take him a while to come back and wrap my existing basement windows that I ended up replacing myself (Pella windows from Lowes) as my window budget money ran out so to save I did these myself - other than the aluminum capping/wrap which I had him do for $100 (otherwise I wouid have had him do them also). He did have a good price compared to the Window Worlds or other $189/window install companies (good luck getting that price on many windows if you have anything but a basic size window - I had many larger and odd sized windows) I will say he does a great job on his wrapping/capping/caulking of the windows also.

Bob has replaced windows in rental property that I manage, and I have been very pleased with his work, so I had him bid replacing the windows in my home. The entire job was completed in one day. He removed and put back some blinds. The old windows were hauled away and the entire area was cleaned up.
