+ -1 moreI went in to return an item within the stores 30 day limit. The owner would only refund my return to a credit card because he said it would cost him less money. He complained because he would have liked the item to returned earlier. I explained to him that I work full time and go to school full time and I got there when I could. I also had to work around the flood. When he was finished with the transaction he through the receipts and my credit card on the counter. I have never been treated so rudely in my life when trying to return an item within the time frame allowed by the store.
