 + -1 moreEXCELLENT!! THIS COULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BETTER EXPERIENCE. WE FOUND DOUG THROUGH A TRUSTED FRIEND AND KNEW HIS WORK WOULD BE TOP NOTCH. EVEN THOUGH HE HAS ONLY RECENTLY STARTED HIS OWN COMPANY, HE HAS BEEN DOING THIS WORK ALL HIS LIFE. WE APPRECIATED HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND EXCELLENT CRAFTMANSHIP. HE WAS ALWAYS THERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE, IS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL AND DOESN'T WASTE TIME. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL AGAIN WHEN WE ARE READY TO TACKLE OTHER PROJECTS ON OUR OLDER HOME! WE WERE THRILLED WITH THE RESULTS. HE WAS ABLE TO LISTEN TO OUR NEEDS FOR THE SPACE AND CREATE JUST WHAT WE WANTED. IT IS ALWAYS A RELIEF WHEN YOU FIND SOMEONE YOU CAN COUNT ON WHO IS HONEST AND GREAT AT THEIR JOB. WE WERE RELIEVED AS WELL TO FIND THAT HIS BID WAS WITHIN OUR BUDGET.
Description of Work: THE ATTACHED GARAGE ON OUR HOME HAD BRICK WALLS, CEMENT FLOOR, AND A METAL TRAP DOOR THAT SERVED AS A COAL BIN BACK IN THE DAY. WE NEEDED TO HAVE THE WALLS FRAMED AND INSULATED IN ORDER TO ADD WARMTH TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THE BRICK AND CONCRETE TRAPPED THE COLD. WE ALSO ADDED A PERGO FLOOR, SHUT OFF A WATER SUPPLY, CHANGED THE STRUCTURE OF ONE WALL, AND MADE SOME ELECTRICAL CHANGES.
