covert heating and cooling

First off I would like to say that out of all bids and dealings with other HVAC Specialist, Denny surpassed all the bids in price, knowledge & ability to explain the process of replacing our HVAC. This included Pros & Cons of my issues in making an inform decision that answered all questions concerning what I had read to converting from a regular HVAC vs a 2 Stage Heat Pump system, Air Handler, etc.

It took a day and half to remove old system and replace with new system. The system was up and running by the end of the first day. But the output sheet metal side that fit on top of the air handler had to be remade and reshaped. It was done off-site but installed and fit perfect the next morning.

Denny is a very knowledgable person on HVAC systems. He has worked for a major manufacture of HVAC as a regional trainer for changes or updates to local HVAC Providers/Installers. He is also a teacher at a local college in the same business.
One of the main reasons I went with Denny was he provided the bid with the model numbers of the Heat Pump, Air Handler, Secondary Heating Element & Thermostat at the time when he came out to bid on it. Out of the 5 bids he was the only one that actually provided me this information without asking. He also price match another bid that was a $400 cheaper though I would never had used the other bidder as he was one that show me pretty pictures along with Ameren Rebates sheet (which all the other did with a lowest priced, premiere priced and ultimate priced/systems). But would not or did not have exactly the model number. One had some model numbers I couldn't find on line.

I'M CURRENTLY AWAITING FOR DENNY TO FOLLOWUP ON A AMEREN UE REBATE SUBMISSION THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE AS TO DATE 10-30-13. I WAS ADVISED VIA TEXT THAT HE WAS CURRENTLY IN THE PROCESS OF SUBMITTING NOT ONLY MINE BUT SEVERAL OTHERS. I GAVE AMEREN UE REBATE WORKER HIS CELL PHONE NUMBER (THE REBATE EMPLOYEE HAS REALLY BEEN TRYING TO FOLLOW THROUGH AND BRING RESOLUTION ON THEIR END) SO THAT DENNY COULD INPUT DATA VIA THE INTERNET.
i WAS ALSO TOLD BY DENNY THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE WARRANTY REGISTRATION. I NOW HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THIS WAS NOT ACOMPLISHED SINCE IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 60 DAYS MY 10 YEAR WARRANTY IS NOW ONLY GOOD FOR 5 YEARS ON THE COMPRESSOR. IF AND WHEN I CAN GET THINGS BACK ON TRACK. THAT IS, DENNY IS FOLLOWING THROUGH WITH HIS WORD AND COMMITMENT ON PROVIDING HIS TIME TO RECTIFY THIS MATTER  I AM DOWNGRADING MY OVERALL RATING UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT PROGRESS IS MADE ON HIS PART. I REALLY DO HOPE THIS IS ALL A MISUNDERSTANDING BUT IF NORDYNE/FRIGIDAIRE WILL NOT ALLOW TO HONOR SOMETHING THAT THE CONTRACTOR INDICATED HE WOULD TAKE OF THEN WE GO FROM THERE.
