pool cleaners
+ -1 moreThurman MItchell is the owner of this faux company. It's really just him. In July 2018, he very firmly suggested that I needed the above work done and said he required 50% deposit so he could buy materials, due to a pending divorce (his wife took all the money, blah, blah, blah.) I wrote him a check. By Aug., no work had been performed or started. He said he was an emotional wreck due to divorce. Then said very forcefully that he would need the whole amount to start and I stupidly gave it to him. He took over $1,300 in my $ and has never done any work. By Sept. he stopped responding to voice mails/texts. I then checked [*** Link removed ***] for Missouri, and found he'd been taken to small claims court numerous times and the IRS was looking for him for non-payment of taxes. I will be filing against him in small claims court as well. DO NOT USE THIS CO FOR ANY POOL WORK!!!!!
