He started to clean my chair, but he found that he could not clean it. My chair is made of natural cotton, so he told me that if he cleaned it, it would turn my white chair brown. He was on time, knowledgeable and honest. I really appreciated that, because he could have just cleaned my chair and left. I definitely will be calling him back to clean my carpets. I'm confident that if he were able to do it, he would have done a great job. He wasn't able to complete the job, but that's because of the type of fabric that I have, it wasn't anything against him.
