TV Service - Cable, Internet Service
AfteIm a VIP customer whatever that means. After working with Suddenlink for 4 years on these matters on the phone they can't find anything wrong so I still have the problem on my TV I still have the same problem and on my internet they can only go by wired not WIFI so my wired works good but my wifi don't so they can't do anything about that.

TV Service - Cable
The technician came within the allotted time. He is the only technician that wore footies over his shoes so that he wouldn't track in dirt. He told me where he would have to run the cable and attended to it in a proper time frame. He hooked up the computer and had me check my laptop to make sure everything was running correctly before he left.
