Cathy had clipboards with printouts of all the houses we were going to look at that day for all three of us. The printouts were in the order of which houses were to be viewed. The clipboards were ready every day we went house hunting.
Cathy used her GPS to guide us through the shortest route to each house. This was a nice feature which helped Sandy and me learn our way around Springfield.
Sandy and I looked at 500 - 600 homes online. Cathy actually drove us to look at over 100 homes that we walked through. Because of our distance from Springfield, a lot of homes were scheduled to be seen each trip we made to the Springfield area. More than once did we spend 10 - 12 hours in a day looking at homes. Not one complaint from Cathy.
During the process of looking at homes, Cathy would ask questions about what we liked and what we didn't like about every home. She soon know our taste in houses better than we did.
In my mind, after looking at so many houses, they all started to run together. Which is a really good reason to keep good notes. Which Cathy kept notes also.
Cathy would point out problems and potential problems with certain houses. It was refreshing to have someone looking out for my interest as a home buyer. What was amazing was the fact that Cathy never once tried to pressure us into buying a home.
In the end, it was Cathy who found the house we bought. We closed on the house in December, 2011.
Working with Cathy Womack was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a home in the Nixa, Ozark, and Springfield area.
