MFA Propane

We moved back to our Missouri home full-time, and I called MFA to let them know to put us back on a regular monthly route for propane delivery.  Apparently, someone dropped the ball and never made that change in their delivery records, so on Christmas day, we ran out of propane.  Then to add insult to injury, I tried calling MFA to get an emergency delivery, and there was no after hours answering service, only a transfer to a voicemail box that indicated it was full and no message could be left.  I called Titan propane, and had an emergency delivery made near midnight on Christmas.  I called MFA the following day to cancel my service with them, and got very little in the way of an apology.  In fact, I was left with the impression that the office person was saying this was my fault.  I wouldn't recommend anybody do business with MFA or any propane company that does not have an after hours answering service so you can get emergency help.

They were awesome. The receptionist was really good about giving us the right pricing. They do a thing when we could pre-pay for the winter at the lower price so when we need a refill around Christmas it is already paid for. We were able to buy it for $1.59 a gallon versus around $3 at Christmas time. That was one of the best things about them.
