The transaction was good except that I had to wait for 15 minutes for the clerk to finish with a sale. She called for help twice but no one came. She apologized for the wait but that was ok. She did a good job of cutting the blinds to correct size. I wish some help would have come but no one answers her calls. She did a good job of calling for help and finally cutting the blinds correctly and there is no problem there...just in the wait because there was no backup help.
I had a similar experience at Home Depot where no one was at the blind dept. and I went to the front desk and they called 4 times but no one came and I left and told the front desk that I was going to Lowes because they are always ready to help. Lowes usually has a lot of smiling people to help.
