Shop was ready to start on the vehicle early in the morning. They anticipated the service would take most of the day, but no more, which was accurate. They provided a price for the service before starting, and actually came out about $80 less than estimated. I had gotten estimates from several other shops, including the Honda dealer, and JK's estimate was lower than the other independent shops and the dealer. When it ended up being even lower than estimated, I was really impressed. I've had no problems with the vehicle since the service, and John strongly encouraged me to let them know if anything goes wrong so they can fix it promptly. Barring anything creeping up unexpectedly, I am very pleased with the service provided.

It was a good experience. They were fairly priced and they were professional.

I called JK Automotive and talked to Zach, whom quickly looked up the cost to replace
the and quot;Knock Sensorand quot; for my Infinity I-30. He was so kind, he didn't over charge me on Labor hours which I appreciate so much!
So many mechanic's will charge customer's by their estimated go-to manual. He told me up front, he would only charge me
for the actual time. I've been around allot of mechanic's in the car industry and I know how they think and work.
I found integrity at JK Automotive, as long as the and quot;Fair and Honest customer serviceand quot; continues, they have my business!
I'll be scheduling another appt. soon, to have a couple other things checked out.

I told them what I thought was wrong with my van. It was an expensive repair. Later, I got the call that the van was finished, and was surprised to learn that the problem was only minor. They could have made a lot more money by replacing the part I thought was bad and the minor repair, but they were honest. They have work on another car of ours. The work is good, and the bill is always less than expected. I trust them and I will be back!

That was very expensive. It was overall excellent.
