Dan and his crew were very nice , professional, and communicated well with us . We had 500 square ft of tile to lay which is quite a job and they did great :) Got done quick and looks amazing . Plus he was very affordable. I would totally recommend them. Iâ ll be calling them to do more renovations in the future.

They were amazing! I have a deadline for a store opening and Dan made my crazy deadline. He also helped out with way more then the floor when my back was against the wall! He even offered to help with any other needs! The floors look amazing!! The carpet is awesome!! Great service, quality work! Will definitely hire him again for more projects!!!

I started this process really impressed with Dan. He was very helpful in answering questions as I shopped for supplies for our repair. We hired him based off good reviews and the fact he would complete our project while we were on vacation which was very important to us as we have young kids and dogs who don't need to be in the house with the subfloor ripped up. But soon came the red flags. First, there were some items left off the supply list: flooring and kilz. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and told myself he left it off because I obviously knew to get them. But it made me worry that less obvious things may had been forgotten. On August 8th, I texted Dan confirming that work would begin on August 11th. He confirmed the work would start August 11th. I then asked if he would come check the supplies before starting (we would be out of town and unable to grab anything that was forgotten) he agreed to come check supplies before August 10th. At 10:30 pm, August 10th, I get a text from him explaining he couldn't come check materials (which. Duh. I figured that out when he didn't show up). At 10:45pm I get a text saying he just double checked the invoice and forgot to charge us $650 worth of labor. At this point, there were too many concerns and I felt uncomfortable continuing and told him we would go with another company but he sent multiple texts saying he would still do the work if it would "help us out" I felt bad for him and agreed to another chance (after we negotiated a lower price for the forgotten work as we would never expect him to do free work despite the error on his part) The evening of August 13th I get a call from family who says they checked on our house and the work hasn't started. I check with Dan and he says he got "caught up" and will "start soon". I ask if soon meant tomorrow or a few days away (as we would be home soon and wanted the work finished as agreed upon before hiring Dan). He says "I can't guarantee I will start tomorrow but If I am able to do it when you guys are back is that still fine or did you guys want it all done before you guys came back?" (Again, I stress, we had talked about this with him prior to hiring him) At this point we informed him we were more comfortable going with a different company. He once again asks for another chance and says he can have someone start on the work "tomorrow" (August 14th) and it would be done in 2 days (originally we were told it was a 3-4 day job) Ultimately, my issue with Dan is his lack of professionalism and communication. Had he been honest when the work didn't start as planned, we may have been able to work something out. However, offering to "rush" the job made me worry we would come home to a poorly done "rushed job".

Dan was great, he listened and asked about every problem that popped up such as 6 layers of old flooring that had to be taken up. He put flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms and it looks great. His crew were courteous and professional. I will be calling Dan for any future jobs I have.

Dan did an excellent job. He completed all my projects in a short amount of time. He was very professional and friendly. I wish I had known about him for all my previous jobs. Highly recommend.

Dan was very accommodating, allowing us to take our time remodeling the bedrooms at our pace, and then came out to install teach of the bedroom floors when we were ready. He would lay them out first for our approval before securing the planks. He was prompt, reliable, courteous, and communicated very well as to timing and availability.

Dan was exceptional. He was very communicative and finished the job on time as well as answered questions and engaged the entire way through the project. All of that in addition to the great work he did. I not only felt I got a very fair deal for the project, but also the work exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to use him for future projects going forward!

Dan was prompt and followed thru on everything we agreed on. I appreciate his support of getting the flooring as well. Did a great job and a fair price.

I hired Dan to remove tile in a bathroom and carpet in another room and install vinyl plank flooring. When he removed the bathroom tile, he discovered the subfloor was water damaged in most of the room and needed to be replaced along with the vanity. He did a great job replacing the subfloor, installing the vinyl flooring and installing a new vanity. He even worked on Saturday to get my bathroom finished. Bathroom looks great.

Dan from Finest Construction was great to work with. He gave a fair estimate and stayed in good communication throughout the planning process. He was available for support when I was purchasing the flooring materials needed for the job. Dan and his crew worked from early in the morning to late at night to get the job finished in one day and it looks amazing!

I highly recommend this company. They did top quality work. They showed up on time every day and are very meticulous in the details of their work. The pricing is also reasonable. These are qualities you don't always find. I will definitely use again if I install more flooring.
