They were really good. I would say he was a younger guy because I am a senior but he was very good. He came out and took care of my outdoor unit. He explained to me everything that was wrong and what I could do to correct it. He didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. He also gave me a senior citizen’s discount so I would highly recommend that company. He came out here in a calmly manner. When I needed him, he was here within an hour and a half. He stopped what he was doing, I guess he had a stopping point at one job and then he came to see me because I did not have any heat and that was important. He came and made sure that I had heat and he did not leave until I did. It has been working perfect ever since. He took care of it and he was right on it. I saw one their trucks on my way back from the grocery store and I said I am going to call them because they were out in my area. He gave me a discount, so for everything that he did and as he was here for about two and a half hours, he only charged me $100. There were some bad parts and he added them. There were a lot of materials involved and it wasn’t just labor. I don’t know what people usually charge but I am sure it would probably be more than that. He was very sweet and a nice guy.
