 + -1 moreWork was shoddy and builder only wanted some money up front and then would not even finish the work. The size of the addition was not the same as the plans we gave him. The rooms are several inches to a foot different than our drawings. He also did not want to make the roof line like we wanted and I even made a sample roof out of balsa wood to show that it could be constructed and he then did a very bad job making the ridges fit. VERY BAD JOB>>>>> DO NOT CONSIDER THEM>>>
Description of Work: Gave us an estimate and we decided to use him for our addition. The work was shoddy and we have had to have our new addition floors strengthened because they are not level because of a lack of foundation support. We have also had to add support to the rafters to add support to the structure. He recommended a plumber and we have had to get another plumber to add vents to the two baths and the laundry room. There was only one vent for the entire plumbing system. Also had to add a larger drain system. The contractor would not return our calls and at one point I went to another building site to try to get him to come back to our house to finish the job. After many times of his lack of care for our job we finally told him not to return and we found the finishing contractors for the insulation, drywall and finishing work. Would NEVER RECOMMEND this contractor to anyone...
