All went very well and have provided Nicki with a nice tip. Then 3 weeks we call back and explain that the treatment was not working and tried to explain to the girl on the phone that the treatment was not working. The girl on the phone checked in the computer and did not see where they had even done the flee bath. After putting me on hold for 15 mins. the girl who had groomed our dog Nicki was not apologetic she got very defensive and rudely blamed it on a (computer failure) I find this unacceptable especially since we paid for a service we now know we never received and rather than treat me like a customer she arrogantly made no attempt to resolve the issue ..she only wanted to make sure she go the last word in on the phone. I will NEVER go to this store again.
