I would never recommend them. To repair the tiles that was installed wrong. I upgraded the basement tiles and carpets, which was expensive. When they installed the carpets I couldn’t return as it was not the one I chose and when I asked them, they said they were the ones, I signed on. They can’t keep workers and use anybody they can. The person who repaired the broken tiles, I wanted him to come back to repair the other broken tiles, but he wouldn’t come back. He said that he was looking for a job and Carpet One Nancys hired him for a one time job. The price was ridiculous and it took them 4 months to get out here to repair the tiles. A few people here have used them and share the same feeling.
