Dan's AC Service

Dan was very helpful with the selection of the A/C units.  He made a number of recommendations.  He is a straight-up guy and very interested in making sure that the customer gets what they need.  The A/C units were installed within a few days of one another.  I was present at the first installation.  Dan and his partner arrived on schedule.  The work was performed in a timely manner.  Dan pointed out the features of the new thermostat and the A/C unit.  The units look good and are working well. 

Shortly after that installation service, I had a problem with the A/C at one of our other units.  Even though this is Dan's really busy season, he made the time to get to the condo, diagnose the problem, and got it corrected in a timely manner. 

I will certainly use Dan in the future and I recommend that others contact him for their A/C and heating needs.

I called the company because I found my air conditioning filter was wet. I talked to the technition and explained the problem. He asked questions and  came to a conclusion. I had made an error  by closing most of the vents in my house which was causing the problem. He gave a detailed explanation of why this was the problem. instead of coming out and charging me a service call for something that did not need to be repaired he told me what I had done and told me  to open the vents. I was so impressed! ! If I ever need service in the future I will call Dans Heating and Air Conditioning.
