B&B Heating and Cooling is a family owned and operated business servicing the heating and cooling needs of the Lake of the Ozarks. We specialize in the service and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems. We maintain an extensive inventory of common and hard to find parts to ensure your system is back up and running as soon as possible. B&B also has a complete system replacement/new construction department with a custom sheetmetal shop.

"Thank you for taking the time to review B&B. I can understand your frustration with the length of time it took for us to repair your comfort system. The repair that was needed involved changing a part in the refrigerant circuit and to complete the repair properly can take time. I do recall that the diagnosis took longer than it typically would. The operating characteristics of the system caused me to question our technician's diagnosis and I wanted to be certain that this repair would solve your systems problem. We decided on the 1st option.
who were not too sympathetic to our plight, my husband is 84 and quite ill. Band B had another call near us and after finishing there arrived around 2:30PM and after diagnosting the problem, due probably to electrical storm strikes near us, had the capacitor installed and the cooling system running smoothly. We began to feel the effect immediately. The young man, technician, was most professional and the lady in the office, Barb, was our Angel for the day. Thank you both from my heart.
