General Remodeling
He promised to build 2 room additions and a deck for 9700. He stated he would be done by Thanksgiving 2015. We have previously gave him additional time and deadlines, Christmas 2015, New Years 2016, and Jan. 31, 2016. We are almost 6 months into the project now. We have a mess. He works approximately 1 day every other week, about 2 days a month. I have to come home to an ugly, unfinished house. We basically have the frame work. They have also left their trash (not just construction trash either) all over the front yard and on the flooring of the new additions. There are loose nails that are dangerous to my children everywhere. There are empty cigarette boxes and cups. I was going to clean it up myself but it is in the contract that he is responsible for trash removal. I am searching legal advice and really wanting the job done and done right.
