General Remodeling
It started off fine. Luke is a friend of a friend. But, by the end when there was very little left to do, he did not communicate. He had a few things to wrap up and he asked for the balance of what I owed. Because of his relationship with some of my close friends, I paid him. Mistake. He didn't finish, owes me $160.00, and refuses to respond to me. I contacted the BBB. He did not respond to them. I realize its not a lot of money but it is the principal. My next steps are yelp and my states AG office. There are too many good contractors out there to not take care of your customers. Shame on you Luke. Shame on you!
