A huge shout out to John Meyer who did our 6 month maintenance service on the furnace that we purchased last year. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He also pointed out that the hot water heater was leaking and would need to be replaced soon. So to make a long story short the new hot water heater will be installed next week. I never leave these kind of scores. This company has exceeded every expectation I’ve had. I bought the condo I live in now and found that Swiss Air had installed the HVAC unit. I had never heard of them before, so I thought I’d take a chance On them when a seasonal inspection came due. Wow…. Just Wow! From the initial call to the technician that came, I was amazed!! So courteous, so respectful, so knowledgeable!! Everyone took time with me and explained all things clearly and concisely. I have built and run corporate help desks all my life and this company displays many things I taught my agents. Setting customer expectations is key and this Management Team has it right. I compliment all involved with Swiss Air!!

Our AC went out and Swiss heating and air came out and saved the day. The company was very easy to work with and were very professional. We chose to buy a whole new HVAC set up from them. I would recommend them to anyone.

When they found out one of us was a Veteran they told us about their maintenance program. It has been very helpful in keeping the maintenance up on our new home. Always professional and kind.
