Just had a worst experience with the irrigation system. They installed sprinkler system last winter and shut down the system immediately for winterization. This spring they activated it and said everything works fine. After a month and half, I noticed that the rain sensor is not working properly. I did not pay attention to that during the first few weeks of activation because of the rain during the season and was thinking the weather is what stopping the irrigation. Now, I have to pay them to replace the sensor which they told it worked during spring activation but actually it did not work even for a single day. They say it is my fault to not notice it and report to them immediately. This is all with the platinum package and VIP membership of the services.

Very Poor Customer service. Won’t give details on next charges after taking the diamond or platinum subscription. Finally if you are not willing to pay extra charges silver or gold or diamond does not make a difference. Also the sales people won’t give details on complete next charges.

Just spent $251.00 for repair on a 4 inch PVC T TRAP that was repaired 2 years ago. Technician suspected that it had a manufactured defect. After Pro Out door looked into the matter, they agreed that it was a manufactured defect. THEY REFUNDED ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. Thank you SANDY!!!! Class Act!!!! Customer for LIFE!!!

I've swung back & forward on this company & they can keep this one star for continually blowing up my phone after I've repeatedly asked to never be contacted again. Initially the installation wasn't what I was promised. After I made a poor review on Google, their leadership got involved and made it right. However, after the fix their support & sales/renewals team are the nothing but bloodsucking leeches that will try to automatically charge your card and schedule appointments without your approval. Not only will these charges & appointments be made with greedy intentions, Poor Outdoor charges double for Winterization ($112) and Yearly compensation packages ($360+) than the amount of others! Do yourself a favor and call 3 Seasons Irrigation. $70 for Winterization or a yearly compensation package of only $200. Worst customer service I've ever experienced for the time & money invested.

I've used Pro Irrigation to install my sprinkler system and that went so well I didn't hesitate when I found out they did color changing landscape lighting. The project turned out perfectly, big big props to Raul and his team for the professional install and Kyle for making everything come together and managing the project with excellence, Both these guys are top notch individuals and are an asset to Pro Outdoor!!! Couldn't be happier!!!

Pro Outdoor lives up to their name. We have relied on them for years for both irrigation and outdoor lighting, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service with professionalism from start to finish. After the May 2025 hail and tornado storms in Saint Louis, several of our landscape lights were damaged. Pro Outdoor responded within days of being notified, and their team has been by our side every step of the way. Their customer service has been proactive, communicative, and genuinely supportive. They are now handling the repairs and ensuring we have complete documentation for our insurance claim. We could not recommend Pro Outdoor more highly.

I have an annual contract with Metro Lawn Sprinklers and Landscapes. They manage our opening and closing of our residential irrigation system and also service our lawn care. Appointments and work orders are completed as planned and our system works efficiently. We have been using them for 5 years now. I would recommend their services.

Communication could be a bit better but installation was fast and very nicely done.
