I was very happy with Janes from the start. The owner came and gave me an estimate that same day I called. I found that the price was reasonable and he was very nice and professional. The crew arrived as promised and that did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the results and the cleanup was amazing. Highly recommend Janes.

When the men arrived, they went right to work and were very efficient. The trees look great and our front yard now sees the light of day. The oaks in front had the canopy raised as well as thinning the trees of any dead branches. They did an excellent job of cleaning the yard of any debris. Our home looks like a different home because now you can actually see it. We would definitely recommend Janes Quality Tree Service.

Jane's came and did the work efficiently with no problems.

I have used this service for a number of years.  The price and service has always been good.  I called them on this incident at 7:30 am and they were here and finished by 10.   I use them for general tree maintenance from time to time and have never been disappointed.

The service went well. I was not home while they did the service. They did exactly what I was looking for and did a fine job. The staff do a very good job. I have used the company 3-4 times in the past. Their pricing is very reasonable and scheduling is easy.

They returned my calls immediately. When they showed up to a**** the size of the Job they offered to complete the job that night, and they did. They were quick, courteous and affordable. They cleaned up everything before they left and were a pleasure to work with. I couldn't have asked for better service

They are prompt, they clean up after themselves and they work hard to get the job done. Their price beat everyone else in town. The crew is very courteous and I never feel funny about being here with them when my husband isn't around. I will definitely use them again,

We wanted to use the wood for our fireplace insert and asked them to leave the big stuff and cut it so it would fit in our fireplace. Instead of leaving big chunks they cut each part of the trunk into 20" or less pieces. They would rake after themselves and clean up. They really tidied up as they leave. There a couple of little jobs around the yard and they took care of it right then. They were just great. We have used them before and we will use them again.

They did an outstanding job. Mrs. Janes returned our initial phone call very quickly and scheduled a time within a few days for them to come out and quote the job. We were impressed by the fact that Richard Janes has a degree in forestry and that he discourages topping of trees, a practice which is not good for the tree. We could tell he takes great pride in his business and his work. His quote was a little higher than the other one we got but he works with a bigger team, allowing him to finish the job in good time, and I felt that for the amount of work there was it was very reasonable. They began work the day after we accepted the quote and finished in good time despite uncooperative weather. Richard did most of the cutting himself and he worked quickly but carefully. The crew did a perfect job of cleaning up. We are very pleased with the work and would not hesitate to call him again.

Janes was great! They performed the service as quoted and cleaned the area impeccably. We are asking them to remove three dead trees and plant new ones this spring. The price was lower than many other providers and the service was fabulous! Knowledgeable and trustworthy.
