Mindy and Shaun were great at explaining the process, answering my questions about materials and warranties, and handling the insurance paperwork and billing so I didn't have to do much besides give them a copy of State Farm's Claim, get the insurance check endorsed by the mortgage companies, and pick a color of Owens Corning Duration shingles. They didn't ask for any money up front, got me on the schedule within about 2 weeks, materials were delivered the day before and placed up on the roof, not in the driveway or yard.  The roofing crew started Saturday morning at 8:30a with the tear off and didn't even start cleaning up until sunset, leaving after 9pm with over 50% of the new roof on and everything else with synthetic underlayment and rain tight even though no rain was predicted for another two days.   Sunday Morning (Fathers Day) they pulled into the drive at 8am to finish the job.  Tony and Jimmie are two of the hardest working and most fearless young men I have ever seen.  I have a very steep roof with about a 30ft drop to the ground in back and it was a sunny 95 degree day, but no complaining or slacking, they just kept going and going smiling and laughing all day.  They brought their own trailer to haul away debris (no dumpster needed),  used tarps in the yard to catch tear off debris and cleaned up at the end of each day, including a full sweep with the magnetic roller to pick up nails.  A+ Experience and the roof looks great.

My experience with Pro Roofing went well.   Shaun knows roofs, straight forward and to the point which I admire.   He was able to fit my work in during weather laspes since it was not a huge job.  His crew were all on time and professional and they did a great job my roof looks great and cleaned up after themselves.  I needed to do some work before gutter installation and they worked with me and installed a gutter system with screens after I was finished.  His office staff is very efficient they worked with the insurance on change orders and any other items needed taken care of.  I would recommend Pro Roofing.

He was very helpful, fast and very reasonable. I liked them, we were in a big hurry to get the repair done and the documentation done. He went way above what he needed to do for a minor repair. He was totally cooperative to help us out.

 

I called this company after a bad hail storm as I was afraid my roof was damaged from the hail storm. He came out and inspected the whole roof and told me that there was thankfully no damage but did show us that the boot on one of the vents on the roof was cracked. He had a new one in the truck and replaced it right then and there. Very happy he was honest about not having any damage as some companies would of said yes just to get the business.

They did a great job and I was pleased with the final product.  They were always on time and punctual.  The workers were professional and always cleaned up after themselves.  The roof looks great and I couldn't be happier.  I would recommend them in the future to anyone.
