Everything’s an “A”, very good. The vet treats them like it’s their own. What sticks out to me is how professional they are. What made us go with them - I think we probably pulled up Angie’s List for reports on veterinarians, either that or hear say. I don’t know for sure.

They treat our pets good. They are right down the road, they are good people, friendly, good to my dogs.

As always, Dr Neal did a perfect job with compassion and 
professionalism.  Humphrey is very fortunate to have Dr Neal
as his vet!  Am also always impressed with the staff as they too
are compassionate and caring.

I have been using them for twenty years.  I like the doctor there.

It was kind of expensive I thought. They are really good but pricey. Everything was good and we didn't have problems with anything.

The staff and Dr. Messner couldn't have been nicer. They are compassionate and love the animals. They knew how difficult it was to have to put down my 14 year old dog and were extremely sensitive and gentle with her. The tech hugged me as I cried and said goodbye to my friend.

Each time I've needed to use their services, they have been friendly and very thorough in checking out my dog and cat. I couldn't be more pleased.

The care that was received was absolutely the very best anyone could ever ask for. All the staff was very friendly, attentive and most of all, caring. When it came to the point when MyLady could no longer walk, every effort was made to ease her pain and provide every possible solution for her condition. In the end, the compassion from Dr. Doug Neal was such a godsend. I cannot thank him, the other doctors and his entire staff for all their good work. It goes without saying that veterinarians and those who care for God's creatures are truly God's very special angels for us all here on earth.
