I called this company on a referral from a neighbor. After 3 attempts to get them to respond they contacted me and we set up an appointment for an estimate. They arrived at the appointed time and mailed me an estimate about one week later. The estimate was reasonable. Based upon the estimate and the recommendation of my neighbor, I responded that I wanted them to proceed with the work and asked that they contact me to set up a date to perform the work. Despite a number attempts via telephone and email over the next month to establish contact again the company never responded nor contacted me to perform the work or for that matter to let me know that they were no longer interested in performing the work. This company is NOT recommended.
