+ -1 moreIn short, after a lot of email messages being sent to Chris Gassel, the representitive and claimed owner of WKW & PlaneGrain (etsy), I received few responses, and when I did get a response it was always (paraphrasing) "Sorry about the delay. Your dispensers are being worked on". When I asked for a refund, Mr. Gissel agreed (Feb of 2013) but said it would take him a couple of weeks to give it back. It's May 10th, 2013 as I write this review - no refund, no courtesy call. Nada! In my opinion, it's either a petty scam, or one of the worst run businesses in the history of business.
Description of Work: I ordered two exotic wood soap dispensers in July of 2012 from Why Knot Wood's owner Chris Gassel, via his etsy.com site PlaneGrain. Almost 10 months later I have yet to receive my dispensers or a refund.
