Our overall experience was good until the few days before the closing. We submitted all the information requested 30 days before closing, but they did not take the time to review the information for almost 3 weeks. It turned out ok, but there was a concern on my part that the left hand did not work well with the right hand. Very nice people, but processors timeliness was poor.
Description of Work: We financed a property in St. Louis City.
