Lawn Irrigation
We had our landscape lighting done by them a few years ago. Our running joke is the owners name is "5 Times Shawn" because you have to call five times prior to getting a response. The light were installed well and so I called them again a few weeks ago to get the backyard lighting. My husband was against it and said why would we want to frustrate ourselves and pay someone for it but I figured it had been a few years and maybe things had changed. 5X Shawn came out, gave me a general quote and said he would call the next day with a quote based on the lighting I had picked out. No call back... I called and left a message two days later... no call back. Yesterday I left a third and final message and still nothing. 5x Shawn only gets three calls and this time I give up. What a mess of a company. Never again.
