Overall, the job went well. An estimate was given for the removal of existing tint from all of my windows (existing tint had been on for about 9 years) and the price for installing their most popular grade of tint (Carbon Series 38 on front windows and 18 on back and rear windows). I was told that an exact price for tint removal couldn't be provided because this would depend on the difficulty of removal. A best case and worst case scenario estimate was given instead. I dropped to car off on a Friday morning and I was told it would be ready later that afternoon and I would receive a call when it was ready. I decided to give Total Tint a phone call since I never received a phone call from them at the estimated completion time. Total Tint said they called me, but I didn't see a voice mail or missed call indicating so. I inspected the the tint job on site and it met my approval. A few days later I inspected the car again and noticed what appeared to be fine grit under the tint on the passenger side front window. This typically occurs when the window isn't properly cleaned prior to tint install. I took the car back to have Total Tint inspect my finding and they agreed that this was an issue with the installer and they would reinstall the tint for free. The reinstall met my approval. The Total Tint working environment is not the most professional of places as you can hear employee's using profanity laced language while conversing in the adjoining garage area. I would go to Total Tint again because I thought the pricing was fair and it's convenient to my location.

Tom was a pleasure to work with. Answered any questions or concerns I had, and I didn't have to wait weeks to have it done. Very prompt and on time when he was supposed to be at my house. Price was competitive to other companies I called. The windows looked great afterwards! It was the natural view that I was looking for with no shiny look inside or outside. I would definetely use this company again
