 + -1 moreI had him give me an estimate for cleaning our finished basement. Since we do not use the basement at this time he didn't pressure me to have it cleaned, but did provide a reasonable estimate. I would highly recommend Todd for anyone that would like great service from a small business owner.
Description of Work: Todd cleaned carpets for 4 rooms and successfully removed several stains. He arrived on time and was very professional. Most of the furniture was move in order to clean under it.

 + 0 moreHe is a miracle worker! We had (at the time) two large dogs, and lots of kids over for regular play dates. Every time Todd leaves, our whole house looks brand new! It's amazing how much a really clean carpet can freshen up the whole house. I called around a lot, and had several different companies in before I found Total Carpet. There is no comparison. Hands down, the best value for your money, and Todd is a great guy!
Description of Work: Todd came in a cleaned our wall to wall carpets, wool area rugs, and several pieces of upholstered furniture. He is a miracle worker!  + -1 moreTodd showed up on time, walked through the house with me and showed me spots that I didn't even see. Talked me through how he would treat and clean each carpet and went about doing his job. It took him exactly as long as he said it would. Made even these well worn carpets in our new house look like new again! He works wonders. We have used Total Carpet Cleaning exclusively since finding him as a referral of a very particular friend, about 5 years ago. He has extended the life of the carpets in our home and a residential rental property. I feel completely comfortable having Todd in my home, and I know that the job will be done right the first time, every time!
Description of Work: Cleaned variety of carpet types (long friese to standard loop) in a house recently purchased. Including stairs and closets.
