I'd received a gift card about 18 months ago. I called when I'd had it about 11 months to make sure it did not expire. I was told their gift cards did not expire. When I recently tried to use it, I was told the new owner decided to expire all gift cards at one year, and m gift card was expired. I had a lovely pedicure ruined by a very poor business practice.

I went to the Spa at Winghaven because I had been given a gift certificate. I have had trouble lately with soreness in my neck, shoulders and upper back for quite awhile and thought the massage would be very helpful. The front desk was very nice and welcoming and my massage therapist was Beckie. She was very good at putting just the right amount of pressure in just the right places to really help. I think they are fairly expensive, but someone else had bought the gift certificate for me which made it all the better!

I've had Cassie working on my hair for about the last 4 years. She does a great job in helping you pick out color that will look good on you and does a wonderful job cutting my hair. (I have long layers with bangs and have had a lot of trouble in the past with stylists who want to start my layers at my bangs.) I also like that I'm always offered something to drink when I get there.

I HAD A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM SOME PEOPLE FROM WORK. THE SERVICE WAS AVERAGE FOR THE PRICE THEY CHARGE AND THE SETTING OF THE FACILITY. I DIDN'T FEEL "PAMPERED" THERE. I WOULD NOT GO BACK.
