Robert Cross Flooring

We had contacted Robert Cross Flooring to get an estimate on installing hardwood floor and carpet in our master bedroom. We had previously obtained another estimate from the place where we had purchased the materials. We decided to go with Robert Cross Flooring who was much cheaper. Bob Cross who did the installation was very professional and courteous. It was a pleasure to do business with him. His work was outstanding with great attention to detail. He finished the job ahead our schedule. I would definitely reccommend Robert Cross Flooring to handle any flooring work you need.

The whole experience working with Bob went very well. He was very responsive, always returned my calls and showed up when promised. He was very willing to work me into his schedule around other jobs, since I was on a tight time crunch. He did a great job on the floor and his installation prices are very good.

He was great. He was clean, professional, and insured there was no tracking on the carpet flooring while going in and out. Our neighbor, who is a very persnickety individual, saw the work and hired him for an even bigger job. He was always prompt and communicated well with us.
