There was a little problem. They did not take care of a part of the repair on the deck that they should have at the time that they did the deck but they said that they would come back. However, it took them a while to come back. It took about six weeks for them to come back and I was not very pleased with that. They did a good job but I was not pleased that it took them so long to come back. They should have handled that when they were here as that was a part of the contract. I am not sure if I would use them again in the future.

Aaron (owner) was extremely responsive in setting up an appointment for the initial bid and very prompt for our assigned time. His bid was higher than others received, but we chose him because of the effort described in their service (power wash plus sanding and brush by hand) versus their competitors as well as his responsiveness. He communicated status as to when they would arrive well and started when they said they would. Our only disappointment was in protection of our herb and vegetable gardens which were located below our deck. We specifically discussed the need to protect the gardens while work was ongoing and I confirmed this request via email with Aaron in advance of signing the contract. Unfortunately, our plants were not protected and were therefore covered with wood and old stain residue following the powerwashing. It would have been worse had my wife not arrived home in the middle. Aaron did realize his mistake and recovered well. He personally returned to wash the residue off our plants. This service (as well as few thunderstorms that washed residue off as well) returned our plants to edible condition. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to make things right. He discounted a wood repair on our deck as well. He and his team returned multiple times to check on the deck and even moved our furniture back on the deck. The quality of the job itself is fantastic. The deck looks brand new. I am in the customer service business as well, and we all mess up from time to time. The recovery is key, and Aaron recovered well. We will use Restoration Specialists again and would recommend them to others that appreciate quality service.

I was so impressed with the finished product. The cleaning process Restoration Specialist uses was able to get all of the old solid stain off the base of our deck. They also sanded the floor & handrails before applying the new stain. Our deck wraps around a pool, and they somehow managed to do all of the work (sanding, staining, etc) without making getting wood shavings or staing in or on the pool. Our whole deck looks brand new and we are no longer ashamed to have company over!

Aaron and his team did a great job. There were some problems, a chipped front banister and loose debris, which the company took care by firstly calling me and secondly returning to my house to address the concerns. For this, I would definitely recommend Restoration Specialists for pressure washing. They stand behind their work.

After calling Restoration Specialists for an estimate, Aaron Ingrim, the owner/operator, came to my house and provided an estimate an a very timely manner. He was very professional and courteous. Aaron completed the work in a couple of weeks and did a really great job (I even received a couple of compliments from my neighbors). The staining job looks very nice and Aaron and his team were very neat, cleaning up after the job and leaving everything very neat and tidy. After Aaron completed the job, I asked him to come back and replace one more board in my fence and stain some wood that borders my patio. Aaron came out to my house a couple of days later and completed the work to my satisfaction.

It was fantastic!! They gave a great quote and did exactly what was promised in a timely and professional manner.

It looks great. The process worked fantastic, especially because they stripped and sanded the wood to bring it back to life. They were not the cheapest, not by far, but I now have a deck and porch that looks great again and will stay that way for some time.

I called several deck companies. Restoration Specialist LLC (Aaron) called back promptly and set up an appointment to give me an estimate. He arrived on time with samples of stains, walked around both decks & gave me a very reasonable estimate during the initial appointment. He also suggested a maintenance plan. On the agreed day for the power washing the crew arrived on time, removed all the items from the deck. Then when the weather permitted the crew arrived as promised & started to stain the deck. They did a sample area with the stain I had picked to make sure I would like the color. It was gorgeous!!! They then stained both the upper & lower decks with 2 coats of stain allowing each coat to dry thoroughly before applying the second coat. Then came back to seal the deck. When everything was completely dry & to my satisfaction, they came back and moved all the items back onto the deck. Aaron personally came out to inspect the deck & see that everything was done as agreed. I'm thrill
