REMEDY PEST CONTROL

In the beginning, we were very satisfied with their services. However, in between services we were seeing pests and would contact the office, but no one EVER answers. Leave a message, and no one calls back. We then called to cancel our service to switch companies, again no one answers, left a message. They treated our house another two times and billed us for it before we refused to pay for those treatments as we had already tried to cancel our services. Would avoid doing business with this company as they lack professionalism and common customer courtesy.

We used Remedy Pest Control for quarterly service for several years. They used to be great...they would call the day before coming out and you could actually talk to someone in the office. But they got progressively worse with customer service, so we stopped using them. They stopped calling before showing up, and it was tough to actually get someone on the phone. They used to have a website, but it doesn't seem to be up now. We ended up switching to All Solutions Pest Control, who actually matched the cost of the Remedy service we were getting; we're happy with them so far.

We've used Remedy for several years. The service is ok, but the office management is the worst. The phone is never answered and it's constant phone tag. Bills are sent, but when you call to pay them nobody answers. I end up telling them to charge my account. THEN, they sent us a bill from a collection agency. They couldn't keep their information straight so somehow, that became our fault. I have always paid. In fact, they just treated our house. Why would you do that if we weren't paying you? Exactly. Bad management. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone who knows how to run a business.

I've been on Remedy's quarterly service plan for several years and have been very pleased with the lack of bugs in my house.  On the rare occasion bugs do start showing up they come back and re-treat for no charge.  Their service people have always been courteous and professional.
I have 2 complaints about Remedy:
1. They have never answered the phone I call - I always have to leave a message.  Hours, sometimes a day or more later they get back to me and if I miss that call the cycle repeats.  I've had it take several days of trading calls before I could get a re-treatment set up.
2. A few times they've not shown up in the 2-4 hour window they provide without the courtesy of a call - frustrating!
I put up with those issues because of the results.  Remedy's plan has consistently been less costly and far fewer bugs/re-treatments when compared to the other pest control companies I've used (Stopke & Terminix).  Well worth the money from my perspective and (despite the gripes) I would recommend them to others.

I used Remedy Pest Control for services. They treated our home for pests by spraying the outside of our home. The bugs kept returning but it is hard to tell if we have a crack in our foundation or if it was the work provided. We are looking into the foundation issue and that will determine if it was the product our our structure. The staff was cordial. I would consider using this company again in the future.

It went well as usual. The technicians are always professional and do a good job.
