I had access issues and Tina was incredibly patient with me on the telephone as I had to reschedule the time at least twice, but they came out the same day due to the fact that we were worried about the temperature dropping quickly and pipes freezing. Technician Mike explained everything and had it running in no time. While he was there he also checked the broken dishwasher! We couldn't be happier!

Mike and Tina are top notch people running a top notch company. For heating and cooling installation and repair, and appliance repair, they are the best. For fast friendly professional service Quality Appliance is way out in front. Mike is highly skilled, knowledgeable, hard working, efficient, and when the repair is made you know it is made right and at a very fair price. Quality Appliance does all of our appliance repairs and recently installed an American Standard Head Pump system for us that reduced our utility costs by one third. Mike and Tina put the “Quality” in Quality Appliance. We recommend them highly.

We've used them for 25 years. They said that it was better to fix it than repair it and I would take their word for it anyway because if it's not worthy they always tell you and they said to fix this because they're not as good if you get a new one. Their technicians are very punctual and they are professional when they came out. We've used the same ones for years and I almost know them personally and we don't have that many repairs but they're great.

Very well. We have used Quality many times in the past for both heating/air conditioning work as well as appliance repair and have always been very happy. This time was no exception. They arrived when scheduled, did the work in a resonable time, and cleaned up after themselves very well. And the price was reasonable and competitive. They are a very good, reliable company for HVAC and appliance repair.

Most recently, he fixed my furnace and replaced the draft door. In December, I had him check out my refridgerator because we thought there was a short in the cord. It turned out to be a bad outlet, he replaced that and when we were talking, I asked him about a side panel for my dishwasher since the new one I had just purchased didn't come with one. He took my old side panel and reshaped it for the new dishwasher and put some extra holes in it so we could secure it properly. Mike is timely, knowledgeable, professional and I trust him. As I said, we've used him for 10 years and have recommended him to several of our friends.
