First, we called Brad because he did a previous job which exceeded my expectations
He wasn't the lowest price but the suggestions and the presentation were the best
and most complete.
When it came time for second job we went back to Brad and his crew.
I found out that he answers the fastest thru emails. He even answered when
he was on vacation. The second job was bigger and more labor intensive with
more tree root challenges. Although this put them behind, one of the crew came
over on July 4th, his off day and worked a full day. Did they get it done quickly?
Maybe a day or two longer than I hoped for but then again it was 98 degrees with humidity
just as high. But they always worked a full day. Once again my expectations were
exceeded.
I'm not sure about the other reviews but I'll never use any one else and I'm
going to plan another project in the near future.

I needed a new retaining wall built on the side of my home that is on a hill. I found Priceless Gardens because he offered a livingsocial deal that I decided to try. The deal he offered was for $2000 worth of work.
He did not dig the bottom layers of stone into the ground as they should have and left the stone 2" above the grade of the hill. The stones were not laid properly and therefore not centered on the row below them. His staff threw their scrap pieces of stone into my flower bed and covered them with dirt. He did not fill the inside of the wall with gravel to facilitate proper water drainage. As a result of his poor workmanship, there was work left to be done that I will have to do myself or hire someone else to do as I am 100% positive he would not come back to rectify this situation if I trusted him enough to ask him to do it. He is very difficult to correspond with, does not return voicemails or e-mails. It took him 8 months to do the job after the initial meeting. He then tried to charge me for work he did not do because the deal he offered covered the price of the job done at my home. He+ became very immature and unprofessional when I pointed this out to him and refused to pay for work not done.
I do not recommend that anyone use him for their landscape projects as there are many landscape contractors out there who would be a better choice, who have better ratings on Angie's list, and who are BBB rated. I have learned a valuable lesson after this experience!

"This Review is so untrue it is almost Comical. The fact [member name removed] was even allowed to do the work with a Living Social Voucher that Expired on November of 2012, is even more Comical. Priceless Gardens Took care of her in every way Possible, and all of Ms. Williams intentions were to get something for NOTHING. [member name removed] only had spent $250 on a Living Social Voucher, in which we saw $125 from after Living Social took their cut. Then as stated before, the Voucher was Expired when she went to use it in June but we honored it anyway. Between Labor and Materials spent over $1,000 to do work for this unappreciative Lady. As far as the work is Concerned: 1) The wall is only 20" High so 10% of the wall in the Ground is 2" (This is per the Manufacturer) 2) The Seams are overlapping on each level, and with a Radius wall will not always be Perfectly Lined up. 3) Why on earth would you be digging behind a wall after it is built, and Broken Blocks fall under the Classification of Clean Fill. They are no where in the way of the Planting Beds. [member name removed], enjoy your work you were given graciously everything was built as per how the manufacturer has specified. Please discontinue dragging our name through the Mud, and maybe put some thought into the fact you were given work after the Expiration date, as Proposed, and a Quality Installation."

Communication with company was very poor, especially by phone. Plan developed in June, work finished in November. Nice people, but porr business management. We opted to not plant anything because of the drought and lateness of the season. Beds left VERY rough, did not look finished. Paid to have sod removed and found it in the field behind our house, which does not belong to us.
